An Evening with the Stars: Information for authors

Ever wish you could connect with hundreds of eager readers face-to-face, all in one night? That’s exactly what An Evening with the Stars is all about.

Hosted by Florida Star Fiction Writers, this fun, interactive event is the Space Coast’s premier reader-author gathering — a lively evening where authors sell and sign their books, grow their fan base, and mingle with readers who are there for one reason: to discover great stories and the authors behind them.

📍 Hilton Garden Inn, 2080 North Atlantic Ave., Cocoa Beach, Florida

With an energetic, welcoming format and built-in event promotion, it’s one of the best ways to boost your visibility, sell books, and have a blast doing it. Table options are available at a range of price points to fit your goals — so there’s a perfect spot for everyone.

Table pricing options

Shared table space (middle of the room, end of the row): $40. Half of a 6-foot table, plus 1 chair (these spaces are limited and are only available for purchase by FSFW members)

Full-table space (middle of the room): $80.  6-foot table, plus 2 chairs (1 for the author, 1 for an assistant—no extra charge for your assistant)

Sponsorship Level: $225. 6 foot table against the wall, 2 chairs (1 for the author, 1 for an assistant—no extra charge for your assistant), plus a full-page ad in the event program. Sponsorship level tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited.
