About Ana Benitez
Ana Benitez is a two-time Emmy Award–winning producer and four-time nominee with over 25 years of experience in the television and entertainment industry. Since 2017, she has served as Founding member and President of Storyrocket.com, a global content discovery platform that showcases books and scripts to more than 350 producers and agents seeking premium intellectual property. She has helped thousands of authors on their book-to-screen journey through education and mentorship.
Ms. Benitez’s extensive production background includes broadcast news, live morning shows, scripted content, and special events. She has worked with major networks such as Univision, Telemundo, and Disney, and is acclaimed for producing highly rated grand-scale television specials, including Selena’s final concert at the Astrodome and Disney’s Christmas Parade.
In addition to her production leadership, Ms. Benitez is a dedicated advocate for authors within the TV and film industry. She has been a featured speaker at SXSW, Book Expo America, and LIBER, the international book fair of Spain among others. She loves traveling, speaking and meeting Storyrocket members in person and virtually.
